Educational Qualification: The desirous and keen individuals must be BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ PG Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management/ IR/ HR/ HRD/ HRM/Labour Law/ Graduation with Degree in Law/ CA/ICWA/ MBA or PGDM from a recognized University / Institute.
